O Sip Hah
Tiny place, big on decor. See:

Can’t in all honesty say the food was spectacular. But its a set lunch for HK$68 in Central – what a steal. Two menus – pick between Asian mains (i.e. noodles) HK$58 up, and Western mains (i.e. meat) HK$88 up. Three courses for the former, four for the latter, no dessert but a drink (coffee/lemongrass tea/juice) is provided.
My dishes were rather hit and miss: excellent Thai fish cake starter, but the raw beef noodles (pho) were disappointing.
If you’re feeling baroque and OTT, hit O Sip Hah. The candlesticks are really something else.
